Digital presence assessment

Six questions, two minutes. At the end we tell you what to prioritize in your case. No commitment, and we don't ask for your details to see the result.

Evaluation criteria

What each question measures

1. Your own website

It measures whether you have a place of your own to explain your business professionally. Social media helps, but it isn't yours: its algorithms and rules can change at any time.

2. Adaptation to mobile devices

It measures whether people can read, navigate and contact you smoothly from a phone, which is where most of your customers first see you.

3. Handling of inquiries

It measures whether messages arrive in an organized place and someone answers them promptly, or whether they get lost among personal chats and neglected inboxes.

4. Email on your own domain

It measures whether your business projects legitimacy under its own name (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and whether your quotes land in the main inbox rather than the spam folder.

5. Visibility on Google and maps

It measures whether you appear with the correct details, phone number and hours when someone searches for your business name or your service in the area.

6. Measurement and analytics

It measures whether you know for certain which channel or ad brought each call or sale, so you can invest based on data rather than intuition.

It's worth organizing your contact points, measuring what comes in and refreshing your page so you don't lose prospects. Have a look at the Essential Landing or the Extended Landing.

Get the detail in writing

If you like, we'll send you the roadmap: what we would do first, second and third in your case, with an idea of the price. A person on our team reviews it, not a program.

We only ask for what we need to reply. We don't ask for documents or private information. Read our privacy policy.

What this assessment is not

It is not an in-depth technical audit or a sales forecast. It's six questions that organize the conversation and stop you paying for something you don't need yet. If your case requires a thorough review —structure, content, channels and search presence, with written priorities— that is in-depth business consulting, and we do it ourselves, by hand. We meet by video call. Our office is in Medellín, Colombia: if you travel, we can also meet there in person. You talk directly with the people working on your project.
