In plain words: what data we receive, what we use it for and what you can ask of us.
What data we collect
Only what you write in our forms or send us via WhatsApp or email: name, email, phone if you leave it, your business name and your message. We don't ask for ID documents, bank details or health information. If someone asks you for that on behalf of MR Mentoría, it isn't us.
What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To follow up with you if you asked us to.
- To meet accounting obligations when a service has been hired.
We don't sell or pass on your data to third parties for advertising. To send and receive messages we use email and hosting providers, which process them solely for that purpose.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is active and, if you hire a service, for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. If you ask us to delete it and no obligation prevents it, we delete it.
Your rights
Under Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations in Colombia, you can access, update and correct your data, request proof of your authorisation, be informed of how we use it, revoke your authorisation and request its deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected]; we reply within the time limits set by law.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Any that may exist are technical, needed for the page to work, or our own measurement to know how many visits we receive. If in the future we enable a measurement tool that uses cookies, we will say so on this page and ask for your consent where required.
Third-party sites and links
When you write to us on WhatsApp or open a payment link, the terms of those services also apply, and we don't control them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date below. What matters doesn't change: we ask for little, use it to reply to you and don't sell it.
