1. General
Why do prices say “from”?
Because scope changes with every business. The “from” price corresponds exactly to what is written on each card; if your case needs more sections, extra pages, translation or special features, we explain it and quote it before we start.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, photos and information about your services. If you don't have copy, we write it based on an interview; that's part of the Extended Landing or is quoted separately.
How long does it take to get my page ready?
The Essential web presence and the Essential Landing are delivered in 5 business days; the Extended Landing and the Professional website, in 10. The deadline starts from the deposit and from when we have all the materials.
Are the domain and email included?
No. They are external services paid to their providers and registered in your business's name, never ours. We tell you how much they cost and help you set them up.
What if I already have a website?
We review it first. Sometimes it's better to improve it and sometimes to rebuild it; we tell you which option works out better for you and why.
Do you use artificial intelligence to do the work?
Yes: we are highly skilled with artificial intelligence tools, which support our work, and everything we deliver is reviewed by people on our team.
Do you guarantee I'll appear first on Google?
No, and nobody should guarantee it. What we do is leave your site well prepared so search engines and AI assistants understand it, and give you the checks that prove that work.
Do you work with clients outside Colombia?
Yes. We have delivered and ongoing work outside Colombia —in the United States and Europe, among others— and we work in Spanish and English.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply the same business day by email or form, and within minutes Monday to Friday if you write directly to our WhatsApp channel.
Can I ask for a meeting?
Of course. We meet by video call; our office is in Medellín, Colombia, and if you travel we can meet there in person, by appointment.
Do you work in English?
Yes. We offer sales support, bilingual website development and native technical copywriting in English.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
None. Talking about your project, answering initial questions and preparing the proposal with scope and quote is completely free.
2. Pricing and payment methods
How do we keep rates affordable?
We combine artificial intelligence, automations, programmed agents, our own tools and our team's work. That helps us speed up processes and make better use of resources, while keeping human review of everything we deliver. Technology to raise quality and work with agility: tools support our work and every delivery goes through human review.
What if I don't like the result?
You review the work before it goes live and we make the agreed adjustments. We put our best effort into making sure you are satisfied. Nothing goes live without your approval.
How does payment work?
Payment is made as a 50% deposit upfront y 50% on delivery once the tests are checked, or with a 10% discount for full payment upfront.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All of them are active: credit and debit cards of all brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and others, via a secure link), international transfer (Wise or Payoneer), PayPal and cryptocurrencies, with instructions once the proposal is agreed.
Can I pay in instalments?
The standard arrangement is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or a 10% discount for paying in full upfront. If your project needs a different arrangement, we discuss it and set it in the proposal.
Can I start small and grow later?
Absolutely. You can start with the solution you need today and later expand content, pages, advertising or automations without losing the earlier work.
What happens if I stop working with MR Mentoría?
You receive the code developed for your project and the agreed deliverables and documentation. The accounts are in your name and you have the access needed to keep and continue your work.
Does MR Mentoría handle the ad spend?
We don't touch your advertising money. Payment to the platform is made directly from your own account, in your name. What you pay us is only for professional management and optimisation.
3. Academy and AI workshops
Is it online or in person?
We offer both. Online for professionals in any city in the world, and in person for companies and groups in Medellín or at your offices.
How much does the Academy workshop cost?
The three-hour individual intensive workshop on your own tasks costs from £105. For teams and customised corporate training, we quote according to the number of participants.
Is it useful if I've never used artificial intelligence?
Yes, it's specially designed to bring AI down to earth from scratch with examples from your professional day, without unnecessary jargon or complex code.
Which tools do we use in the sessions?
We work with the leading models on the market (OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, Perplexity) and marketing automation tools that are affordable for small businesses.
Can I bring my clients' information to the workshop?
We teach you precisely how to anonymise data and which information should never be uploaded to public tools, to protect professional confidentiality and comply with data privacy rules.
4. Consulting and assessment
How is it different from the online assessment?
The free online assessment is a 2-minute automated test to spot quick warning signs. Consulting's assessment and roadmap is an in-depth audit of 3 to 5 business days, done by people on your real accounts, with an executive technical document and clear investment priorities.
Do I have to hire you after the assessment?
Not at all. The assessment and roadmap belong to you. You can implement them with us, with your in-house team or with any other provider. The plan gives you the criteria to know what to demand and in what order.
What do you need from me to start the assessment?
A 45-minute interview and read-only access to your current website, Search Console, analytics and ad channels if you have them.
Does it include AI governance and security?
Yes, we check whether your team is already using AI in a disorganised way and draft the basic policies for safe data use for your company.
5. Work and web presence
Landing page or complete website?
A landing page is ideal for promoting a product, a specific service or a campaign with a single conversion goal. A complete website (4 to 6 pages) makes sense when you have several practice areas or business lines that need their own positioning and explanation.
Can I update the page myself later?
Yes. We leave you clean, documented code and clear instructions to change text, photos and basic links whenever you need, without depending on us for every small change.
What do SEO, GEO and AEO mean?
SEO: optimisation for traditional search engines like Google. GEO: optimisation for generative search engines such as Google AI Overviews. AEO: answer optimisation for conversational assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. In all three cases, the foundation is clear, structured content, schema data and instant loading times.
How soon will I see changes in search engines?
It depends on how often Google crawls and on each platform's indexes. A technically well-configured site gets indexed in days, while competitive organic ranking takes weeks or months of consistent content.
How do we look after the quality of every delivery?
We run thorough speed checks in PageSpeed Insights, end-to-end form tests, working direct WhatsApp links and flawless display on computers, tablets and mobile devices.
