Assessment and roadmap

A complete review of your digital presence, done by people, with written priorities: what to do first, what next and what isn't worth it yet. So you invest with information rather than intuition.

Order before spending

Why an assessment before investing

Many businesses spend on a new website, ads or a tool and then don't know whether it worked. Almost always the problem wasn't what they bought, but the order: ads leading to a form that never arrives, a beautiful page nobody finds or three paid tools that do the same thing. The assessment puts things in order before spending: it tells you what's fine, what's broken and what to do first.

What changes when your digital side is in order

With your digital house in order, your chances of commercial success increase: every enquiry arrives, gets answered on time and you know where it came from. This is what changes day to day:

Before

  • Enquiries come in through several channels and some get lost.
  • You explain the same thing on WhatsApp many times a day.
  • You pay for ads without knowing what works.
  • Your information looks different on every site.
  • You repeat office tasks by hand every day.
  • You don't know who manages your domain or your accounts.

After, with MR Mentoría

  • Every enquiry arrives in one place and you know where it came from.
  • Your page answers the basics and you handle what matters.
  • You see which ad brought which contact and decide with data.
  • Name, services and contact details match everywhere.
  • Tasks with clear rules run on their own and get reviewed.
  • Everything is in your name, with documented access.

Who it's for

You've already invested in digital

Businesses that already have a website or tools and don't know what's working or where their contacts come from.

You're about to hire services

Companies about to hire a website, advertising or software that want to decide with clear information before committing budget.

Using AI without shared rules

Teams where several people already use artificial intelligence tools on their own and need a standard and governance.

Technical and commercial scope

What we review

Entrepreneur reviewing her website on a laptop and phone

1. Your website

Structure, clarity of the offer, copy, speed, mobile use and technical setup. What works, what confuses visitors and what is broken.

Person answering customer messages on a phone, with email open on the laptop

2. Your channels

Email, WhatsApp, forms and social media. Whether enquiries arrive, whether someone answers and whether you can tell where each one came from.

3. Your public presence

How your business appears when someone searches for it, whether the details match everywhere and what information an AI assistant finds about you.

4. Your measurement

Whether you know where each contact comes from, which channel converts best and whether the analytics data is truly reliable.

5. Your advertising

Whether the ads lead to a page that converts, whether the message is consistent and whether media spend is kept separate from management.

6. Your tools

Which licences you pay for, which you really use and which you could cancel or merge to save on monthly operating costs.

Concrete deliverables

What you get

What we found: in plain language and with real screenshots, not a list of incomprehensible acronyms.
Priorities: three urgent things for this week, three for this quarter and what can wait.
Estimated cost: for each improvement, including the external services you would need to pay their providers.
What you don't need to hire: stated explicitly and honestly to protect your budget.

Responsible adoption

For companies with several teams: AI governance

When several people are already using artificial intelligence tools on their own, the assessment includes a governance section:

  • What information can go in: into which public or private tools.
  • Who approves: what goes out to clients and third parties.
  • How it is documented: internal use, so it can be audited later.
  • What is worth putting in writing: as internal policy and legal framework (data protection).

It's not a document to file away: they are simple rules your team can follow on Monday. If you then want to train your staff to that standard, Academy's in-house training starts from there.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from the online assessment?

The six-question one is quick, free guidance. This one is a review done by people, with real screenshots of your business, priorities and estimated costs.

Do I have to hire you afterwards?

No. The roadmap is entirely yours and is useful even if you decide to implement it yourself or with another provider.

What do you need from me to start?

Read access to whatever you want us to review (for example, measurement or the ad account) and an initial conversation. If you prefer not to give private access, we only review what is public.

Does it include AI governance?

For companies with several teams, yes. We include basic data security guidelines and usage protocols.

Decide with information

Before investing in another tool, another website or more ads, let's review what you already have.
